These terms govern your use of FraMee. We have written them to be read, not skimmed past.

What FraMee does
FraMee indexes the faces in an event’s photos and videos so a guest can find every shot they appear in with a selfie. Studios upload or connect a photo source; guests search it. That is the whole service.
Accounts
Studios sign in by email code, and are responsible for what happens under their account and for keeping their sign-in email secure. Guests can search an event without an account, but need one to unlock and keep their full set of photos.
What a studio promises us
By uploading photos or connecting a folder, you confirm you have the right to do so, and that the people in those photos have consented to being photographed and to their photos being searchable by face. This is the most important obligation in these terms: FraMee provides the technology, but you own the relationship with the people in your frames.
Your photos stay yours
Studios keep all rights to their photos and videos. You grant FraMee only the narrow licence needed to run the service: to store, process, index and deliver those files to the guests you have shared the event with. We do not sell your work, license it onward, or use it to train models.
Guests’ rights
A guest can remove their match results, and any face data derived from their selfie, at any time. Selfies are deleted after the match. A face reference is stored only if the guest explicitly turns it on, and is erased the moment they turn it off. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Acceptable use
Do not use FraMee to identify people without their consent, to build a face database, to search for someone who is not you, or for surveillance, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We will suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work hard to keep FraMee up, especially during a live event, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Indexing times depend on the size of the gallery. We provide the service “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law will not let us exclude.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, FraMee is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Ending the agreement
You can delete an event, or your whole account, at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, particularly the consent obligation in clause 3. Deleting an account removes your personal data as set out in the privacy policy.
Changes
If we make a material change to these terms, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use FraMee afterwards means you accept the new terms.
